Everyone in Training for Advancement is important to our business and plays a major part in servicing and supporting our client accounts. We all work as a team and strive to provide nothing short of excellence for our clients. Here is a short synopsis of each person’s contribution:
Phil Tipton - Chairman
Phil provides the grey hair and scar tissue needed to keep the business on an even keel.
Anne Nash - Managing Director
Anne’s the one with the vision and focus to lead the Training for Advancement team boldly into the future.
Shirley Bickerton -
Company Secretary/Finance Manager
This lady keeps us on the straight and narrow (and makes sure the team gets paid at the end of each month!)
Louise Boyling - Client Service Manager
Let’s just say that Louise is a bit obsessive about detail, and has a particular passion for e-learning, systems and supply chain operations.
David Green - Client Service Manager
