Ken
Ken has worked with all levels over the years, from non-management factory staff and service workers, to first-time supervisors, middle managers and board members.
The size of companies worked with range from SMEs to large national and multi-nationals. Ken has experience in the private and public sectors.
Most of his work since the early 90s has been in Europe, so he is very experienced at working with multi-cultural environments and teams.
Ken is qualified in several psychometric measures, and has extensively used OPQ, 16PF, Belbin and MBTI for over 20 years.
In a completely different field, he also works with SMEs as an ISO 9001 consultant to help companies gain, and maintain, accreditation.
