Company history

Training for Advancement was established in 1987 as a learning and development business, providing outsourced services to multi-site, corporate clients.

We very quickly developed a reputation for designing and delivering solutions that are pragmatic, business-focussed, engaging, and, most importantly, effective.

Early clients came primarily from within the retail, wholesale and automotive markets, and many continue to work with us today.

With the growth of our client base came exposure to new marketplaces, and we now also attract clients from supply chain and logistics, construction and housebuilding, telecommunications, and the public sector.

From our central base in Keele, Staffordshire, we provide clients with support across the whole of the UK and occasionally elsewhere, by invitation from our clients.
