- Guided Learning (self study) – materials created for learners to use remotely to improve knowledge and develop understanding of a topic.
- E-learning – design and production of engaging e-learning solutions; specification, storyboarding and development.
- Face-to-face Interventions – collaborative learning events and programmes, delivered or facilitated in a relaxed environment, designed to optimise delegate participation and learning.
- Process and Systems Training – workshops and resources to help people implement and embed operational processes, procedures and systems.
