Carlsberg_logo.jpgRecognising that highly-skilled, well-rounded commercial managers - people who are ‘true' business managers - were required to achieve Carlsberg's goal, a ‘Management Development Programme' was sought to create ‘the business managers of tomorrow'.

Following collaboration with Carlsberg's training and development team to identify a practical, business focussed solution, Training for Advancement designed and delivered a bespoke programme relating specifically to the Carlsberg business. The programme was structured to incorporate the before, during, and after, elements of the development process, including:

completion of self-analysis questionnaires, e.g. Myers Briggs, 360º
participation in a 2½ day Development Centre
receipt of feedback on the Development Centre performance, relating to Carlsberg management competencies
creation of individually tailored development action plans, focusing on development priorities (based on feedback)
embarking on a Development Journey designed to achieve agreed development priorities.
