Improving role-specific performance in BMW

Training for Advancement was awarded a prestigious contract to develop training programmes for the non-technical training portfolio of the BMW Group Academy UK.

The Academy was created to provide a valued learning experience for BMW dealership staff to ensure that customers receive an exceptional buying and ownership experience.

The programmes designed and developed by Training for Advancement adopt a blended approach to learning – incorporating face-to-face and e-learning activity – and embrace the BMW Group Academy UK learning philosophy. This approach makes the best use of new technology and learning approaches, and ensures that dealership training is linked directly to delivering exceptional service to customers and to the overall success of the dealership and BMW UK.

The project forms Phase 1 of 3 identified Phases. The ultimate goal is to produce a framework of learning that delivers four levels of development for all dealership teams (sales, service, parts, and management). Completion of all four levels of development will attract a qualification through formal accreditation via credible awarding bodies.
