Helping people understand the Club Sunterra change programme
With over 300,000 members, Club Sunterra is one of the largest private members’ holiday clubs in Europe. Following a strategic business review, Sunterra (which includes head office functions, contact centres, a travel agency and 35 holiday resorts) implemented a change programme to clarify their brand, transform internal processes, provide a differentiated experience for members, and improve internal capabilities.
Training for Advancement was called in by the senior team to support them in the following areas:
- Facilitation of the transformation project for lead-generation, marketing and sales — this focused on establishing the ‘Customer Journey’ that identifies ‘What good looks like’ through the eyes of the customer.
- Development of training solutions to deliver the capabilities required to support the above project and deliver the new Sunterra brand values.
- Development of the Sunterra European Induction Programme – ‘A World of Opportunities’.
