Training for Advancement created ‘C’s the Moment’ – a multi-functional toolkit that supports Central Office employees through a development journey that spans their entire Claire’s career path.
Starting with an Induction Programme, the toolkit guides the employee on improving their skills on an ongoing basis, through a suite of materials held within the Claire’s Learning Zone, and structured workshops.
