Training for Advancement’s latest project moves closer to home

Training for Advancement is pleased to announce their first project for Homeserve Property Repairs; the division of the Homeserve Group that carries out repair work on houses following emergencies such as leaking boilers/burst pipes and associated problems.

Training for Advancement will be producing a 2-day course for Field Service Managers and Trade Supervisors. The challenge is to introduce new job roles, and provide individuals with the skills necessary to lead, motivate, monitor and manage their teams, in order to ensure that branches achieve customer service levels, whilst maintaining planned profitability targets.

Once Standard Operating Procedures for the in-house computer system have been finalised, Training for Advancement will also be creating a 1-day programme for the internal teams (Estimators, Schedulers, and Administration Managers) that focuses on their job roles, and efficient and effective use of the organisation’s claim management system.
