Training for Advancement wins contract with Select Service Partners
Training for Advancement has won a contract with Select Service Partners to help them implement a new Customer Service Style within the business.
The project features an innovative training intervention in the form of a Customer Service Style Card Game that involves players comparing scores based on Customer Service Behaviours.
The solution will enable the training to be delivered in bite-sized chunks by Unit Managers in small or 1-2-1 sessions at the service counter, or in team meetings.
