The initial meeting to brief us on your business requirements is free of charge, and forms a fundamental part of the journey to a well-rounded solution. Experience tells us that the more we understand the client, key stakeholders and audience 'drivers', the more we are able to contribute to the business.
In order to develop a detailed, free of charge proposal, it is often necessary to conduct some preliminary research within the business to gain a better understanding of the environment and audience involved. Our clients find huge value in this activity as it enables us to develop a comprehensive proposal that is considered and accurate.
Our proposal will outline in clear, logical order, the background to the project, and the approach we will take to meet the business objectives. Our proposal is broken down in terms of the activity and resource required to complete the project, and associated costs based on professional fees and other expenses including materials, administration, and venues.
Our pricing model is simple to understand. Clients are able to clearly see how the costs have been calculated, and how this relates to proposed activity. This transparent approach enables clients to understand what they will get for their investment, and also evaluate any opportunities to transfer activity (and therefore costs) in-house where appropriate.
